Refund policy

Key 2 Glam Fashions do not offer refunds but we'll gladly offer exchanges or store credit with no signs of wear, alterations or odor. Please email us if you want to exchange an item. We do not provide labels for exchanges. If an item has been detected that it has been worn, we will refuse the package and return it back to your address. Return labels are the customer's responsibility, we do not provide shipping labels. Exchanges are not allowed on intimate apparel. Refunds goes back to the address on your package.
