Shipping Policy

Orders are processed daily excluding Sunday's. Orders placed on Saturday after 12pm, will ship out on Monday.

We are currently shipping through USPS. 

Please make sure that you are using the correct address when placing your order. Please don't forget to input your apartment number.

 

Return Policy 

We gladly offer exchanges or store credit on unworn products with tags attached, with no sign of wear, alterations, or odor. If we detect an item is worn we will refuse the package and have it returned to you. We do not do refunds. We do not issue return labels. Products should be shipped back to us no longer than 7 business days after receiving your items. We do not offer exchanges on swim wear or intimate apparel such as underwear etc. Thank you for shopping with us. Our return address is on your package.

 

Lost or stolen packages

Key 2 Glam Fashions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered for an address entered on an order. Please contact your local USPS office for any lost or stolen packages.
